Business Development Manager

Description of Position:
We are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) for handling the Americas region. Currently, the position is an independent contributor, but, in the next 2 years and based on business generated, we are looking at additional sales roles reporting into the BDM. This position will be a hunting role. The backend marketing & support team will be working with the BDM to offer all the required support to execute the goals. This role would be the bridge between the American customers and the Network Intelligence sales and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Business plan and monthly monitoring to the management.
  • Achieve the sales target.
  • In Future, Manage the sales team, mentor them, and unsure individual targets are being met.
  • Selling cyber security services and products to prospective customers, using solution selling concepts.
  • Maintain current customer relationships and expand existing solution footprint by selling additional products and services.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships (CIO, CISO, CSO, CFO, COO).
  • Prepare and deliver proposals as well as business presentations.
  • Provide thought leadership on security trends in territory.
  • Represent the company at industry events in territory or broader events when needed.
  • Provide input to the project delivery teams to meet the current and future needs of the customers.
  • Work with marketing to create marketing campaigns for the acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Maintain customer strategy and direction while collaborating with internal teams, leveraging sales tools of MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Build sales team or partners in unrepresented regions and help them achieve the targets set.
  • Help grow the B2B / Corporate Training business.
  • Any other responsibilities as added by the management.

Requirements:
  • MBA or Bachelor of Science.
  • 5-8 years with direct sales experience; including minimum 4 years in Cyber Security related sales.
  • Proven / Quantifiable track record of over-achievement
  • Adept at communicating with largely technical audience.
  • Experience in Commercial sales of Cyber Security products & services.
  • Customer focus.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communications with polished presentation skills.
  • CRM.
