Description of Position:
We are currently seeking a Senior ICAM Solutions Architect to lead a team of engineers, developers, business and policy analysts in delivering dynamic identity & access management services to one of our federal customers. This position is hands-on, fast-moving, and dynamically agile. We are seeking candidates that are forward thinking in technology services but solid understanding of business, policy, and governance around digital identity.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical direction of the contract team.
Responsible for driving multiple customer solution design projects in parallel.
Conduct business and technical discovery with customers.
Problem solve novel solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectives.
Provide robust recommendations for engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps.
Present proposals to senior government officials in a clear and compelling way.
Continuously improve the team’s knowledge, methodologies, and inventory of solution design blueprints for key customer segments and classes of use cases.
Strong drive to solve customer problems and drive projects end to end from ideation to deployment.
Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high- level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria.
Required skills, abilities, and certifications
Active clearance (Public Trust or Secret or Top Secret).
10+ years of experience working directly with federal or business clients on architecting identity solutions, with experience ranging from requirements gathering to production deployments.
10+ years of experience working with federation/SSO protocols, with a preferred experience to include OIDC and SAML, and authorization protocols such as OAuth2.
10+ years of experience working with top COTS Identity & Access Management products such as ForgeRock, Ping, Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM.
5+ years of experience in engineering, architecting, or developing cloud solutions and services in Azure and/or AWS
5+ years of experience with Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solutions such as Okta
5+ years of working with source control and work item management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Jira.
